Is it possible to have a property manager who manages some of the property, while I manage the rest remotely?

Build a strong team with experienced lenders, real estate agents, and property managers, and educate yourself through books and podcasts.

If you are trying to raise a few hundred thousand to buy another 4-6 unit property, while I would not invest in someone with less than a year experience, I am guessing some of your pilot friends, other friends, or family members may be willing to chip in.Now, if you want to jump from a triplex to 80 units, raising 4-5mm of equity and another 4-5mm in debt, than I would just manage your expectations.

It also includes managing your existing investment well to ensure you aren't bleeding money due to bad tenants, excess maintenance, etc. 

Making sure we can manage our own properties in these areas.  

Also, tenant management was a very delicate process while changing from LTR to MTR/STR

I am just a beginner wholesaler so I haven't done much marketing/lead management yet.

My guess is there are some STR owners or managers genuinely unaware their current pricing exceeds the price gouging thresholds until it is brought to their attention.]Will PriceLabs and other dynamic pricing tools- respond quickly and appropriately to these issues?
