Did a ride along yesterday with a friend who does industrial, SFH and MFH.  

Many times I tell my friends to just keep the debt, bite the bullet, and pay it off. 

I had a friend who came to me early '09' in a panic.

I am looking for any investors, flippers, and investor friendly agents that are plugged into this specific sub-market of Indianapolis. 

I've met the owner, and my friend has 2 padsplit properties.

I will also add that many independent travelers that do room rentals enjoy having their own fridge.To keep things kosher in shared spaces, my friend who runs PadSplit says every room comes with one colors or plates cups etc to ensure that guests are accountable for their own dishes.

Attend meetups (that’s where I made friends with other wholesalers and learned from them).Good luck, and take it one step at a time! 

I have a similar situation where a Canadian investor friend and myself (a US citizen) are planning to partner up in Florida to flip properties.

I made the layout more user friendly, added a whole wall of closets in the main bedroom, totally gutted kitchen and bath.
