At one point, there were 2 old ladies in one of the apartments, and they were so disruptive to the rest of us that had the landlord not offered them a version of "cash for keys", he would have lost 3 other good tenants.

Real estate is one of the largest industries ripe for disruption in a blockchain-enabled world. 

Or would that step disrupt the eviction notice and cause restarting the eviction process?

@Matt Snow What "disruptions" do you see coming in the near future in RE based on blockchain, autonomous vehicles, and other technologies?

The way we have done it is prime for disruption, but not sure what that will be yet.

If Bayfront ever become a thing it might disrupt or delay some stuff but that will take a lot of effort by the city.

For the moment, this company looks like a classic industry disrupter.

They wouldn't want me walking into their place of business disrupting how they earn their living and I expect they will not do the same with me.  

Rude or disruptive tenants, drug addicts, law breakers, and non paying tenants.

Lyft and Uber was/is a major disrupter though.
