He told me in December the house is sold for $65k asking was $89k and starting Februar 2010 he sent me email the house is now under contract after rehab for $310k but I deleted these email (I´m proofless :cry: ).Otherwise these deal from you is the same categorie, here is good money possible.

Find a good checklist, use a voice recorder for verbal notes, and take plenty of digital pictures (you can always delete the bad ones).
