Is it enough to compensate for the potential brain damage of self-managing section 8 tenants?

However I’m straining on how exactly I’m going to fund this hair-brained idea of a business .

I think this is a goldmine and I just need some guidance....id be willing to pay for it...i want to export an excel sheet of cash buyers, pre-foreclosures and any other types of leads that could help me....i actually almost invested in the S.M.A.R.T program but im almost positive realist is the brains of their operations.....any guidance or advice?

Before ever getting my brains wrapped around real estate.

I'll be seeing him this weekend at a get together and look forward to picking his brain on his experience so far here looking at multi family real estate. 

I think once i start dealing with rehabers i might need to pick up your brain since you have a solid background in construction.

I'd pick the brain of a flooring expert when they're out giving you a bid. 

I also still have a lot of learning to do and I am hoping to find a mentor in the Central MA area who's brain I can pick!
