Hi everyone,This is my first time posting and I had a question regarding DSCR cash out refinancing:Are the DSCR loan amounts calculated strictly on the debt service ratio or does an appraisal come in to play? 

So i continue because i enjoy it.

However, I didn't continue this since I couldn't find any deals that would allow me to do a full cash-out refinance.  

But Im heavily lacking true mentorship to take me to my intended goal of reaching the financial independence community so I can continue to gain more of my freedom and time with loved ones!

You’ll learn way more hands on than spending money and another 6 months being led on by someone who is playing you.

Reasoning for asking this is that it could potentially be a beneficial long play on acquiring a property through assumption, and as we go down in interest rates, utilize this monetary benefit to refi as it comes at a mere .5%.

Stay away from the condos as they are going to continue to have higher HOA's and insurances going forward in Florida.
