Ride your bike and talk with people you see.  

There are some great meet ups in your area I'm sure and a lot of people at those meet ups are more than happy to chat and give ideas and answer questions.

At least we know with 10 or so people using the account, all the credits will get used monthly. 

There's always gonna be poor people and those poor people are always gonna need a place to live.

GSEs are entities established but not operated or owned by the Federal government to (oftentimes) enhance credit availability, in sectors that have some sort of public good connection like agriculture or housing.

I want to connect with more investors, wholesalers, real estate pros, anyone and everyone as I look to not only do my job better but grow my portfolio.Looking forward to networking and learning from this great community.

People are always trying to reposition and sell off assets.

The hard part that a lot of people miss is that this is calculated over 30 years (or whatever your term is for your loan).
