An old High school coach of mine always use to say something along the lines of “muscle through another extra rep, because you will always be that rep better than your competitor that decided to do the minimum”.

Go check out other banks, i got denied by a bank for my first loan as well. so i walked right across the street to their competitor bank and got the exact loan i was looking for. also try to take advantage of USDA home loans and rural housing loans.

I have seen large 100+ units under management use Appfolio, and then you get into Yardi and its competitors for the very large scale owners/managers.I cannot recommend quickbooks enough though. 

Zillow's business model is different than the other big competitors and is more dependant on the market.
