Tyler D. 30 years from now, what will have been the best place to invest?
2 March 2021 | 22 replies
Very little of our market was affected by the collapse in 2008 when compared to national averages. 100+ year old homes with little to no updates maintain higher values than they really should and Ft Drum single handedly keeps the economy of our entire county churning no matter what happens elsewhere in the nation. There are always new tenants being shipped into town looking for a place off post to stay and most will get a guaranteed housing allowance.

Carly Turow Not sure what kind of lending I can get
6 June 2021 | 5 replies
Study study study on deals, it sounds like you may have a deal but yes the 10 years vacant is a huge red flag (buildings in this area for example have iron pipes that collapse when the units go vacant for extended periods and cost tens of thousands just for that, do a sewer scope test as part of your inspection!!!)
Matt Stricklen $ome numbers to quantify the squeeze on Austin buyers
21 March 2021 | 16 replies
Now I can see the argument that Austin's economy can not withstand the rapid rise in property values which will cause a collapse in the market.
