This is the first time I've heard anyone mention executive action regarding climate change.

I would say stay away from CPVC, especially in cold climates as it's prone to cracking and bursting... 

DH has event at at MCC on Tuesday 12/15 (Democracy, Pubic Deliberation, Climate Change....yawn).  

Particularly in today's climate, you are NOT getting financing unless you have your affairs in order.

Sounds to me like it is adjustable rate for all 15 years, which would be dangerous in this climate in my opinion.  

Generally speaking, a typical non-climate controlled facility will cost you $30-$40 per square foot to develop plus the cost of the land.

The cost of living is extremely low, the climate (outside of a few 110 degree days) is wonderful, and the UA produces what seems to be a never ending talent pool of young professionals.

Many expect it will continue to be an issue with climate change.

Most seem to rely on issuing cease and desist orders.One needs to evaluate the laws of the state they're operating in, the state agency's interpretation of these laws, and the agency's historical enforcement actions as well as the political climate relating to the above.Blanket statements by responders while well intentioned are inaccurate; each state is different and research undertaken on the local level.

Some have lower taxes, some states are more favorable to landlords than others, some have better climates...
