., then you may need to be more considerate of surrounding neighbors, and rent a home with more space in between others if you wish to have friends in frequently.   

Not impossible, but just very difficult and not very frequently available.

They also frequently ask the guests on the podcast what their favorite real estate and non-real estate related books are, which will help add some depth to your recommended reading list.

Like Russell Brazil said there are frequently homes listed that aren’t actually available.
