@Eric CarrI keep hearing a lot these days about bit coin supply being low but I have a hard time conceptually understanding finite supply of a digital entity that can be easily cloned (put it simply copy + paste) that is not the case with physical entities such as gold and real estate, anyone here can shed some light on this?

I would probably talk to or send a message to the downstairs tenant to let them know that although they may not be breaking the rules, their noise is carrying upstairs and for them to just be conscious of that fact when they are up late.

It is "possible" to apply classes to almost all of these items but since we have chart of accounts for different buildings even within an entity our chart would look crazy.
