As others have stated, I would avoid having it open carry in pretty much any capacity. 

I have a full time job, so I only have the capacity to handle one at a time right now.

. :) I am down in the big city of Tallahassee, FL and have been in real estate in several different capacities, on and off, for approximately 13 years.

Now,  the aforementioned has some reservations specifically pertaining to the volume or capacity, in essence you can always find something, however the abundance of inventory will vary.

I have almost all trades by payroll, and anything above 200/day for highly skilled (minimum ground-up commercial capacity) personnel, is generous enough for a days pay.

I think I found the answer in the comments on one of Seth's blog post where he says"I generally don’t hit it again until about 1 year later (though you could probably hit it as early as 6 months later if you had the capacity to do so)."
