Based on an initial look here are the pros and cons:Pros: Better overall numbers than what I have been able to find in the other areas; Good school district; Close to where I live so I cam manage myself (for now).Cons: High Taxes (but the numbers still look better); Tenant quality would likely be a step down from my current units; Less appreciation.  

I get all the calls myself, put a lockbox on the property for buyers agents and cam also sell it myself which I have done when I show the property.

This is a bit problematic since most of our leases are not triple-net where we can recoup this CAM charge accordingly.Is this something that is typically provided by a landlord at a commercial strip center?

I have been using Cam Scanner to take pictures of documents and produce very good PDF files, so when I found myself with a bunch of business cards from my trip home this summer I thought there had to be an app for that.If you don't have something that scan business cards and puts the phone number in your contacts, this is pretty useful.I realize your intention is to gently guide your brother to the light :), but if he is not illuminated you will not leave him in darkness.

Most commercial leases charge water/sewer back to the tenant through CAM charges.
