You have to personally go to their village hall to order the inspection (they won't do it over the phone) and then you have to go back and personally be at the property for the inspection. 

They do have an allowance for STRs now, but last I heard they may be at the cap. 

Plus you can't beat the star gazing everyone does there.

Another option is to see if they can price match an item or meet and beat by 10% off.
