I realized I missed 2-3 of them last year and have one more to obtain tomorrow before I'm ready to send the batch of 1099s out.Buildium has a bit of a learning curve but once you pick it up it's easy and could easily be taught to someone else.

There are some lenders that would still lend to your scorp, but the option of batching investments under a single LLC, or even an LLC for each property, is what I see most lenders prefer to work with.As for your current properties, refinancing them out of the scorp into an LLC is very doable, a couple of additional hoops, but very doable as either a cash out or a rate and term refinance.Hope this helps!

But is the ONLY way to stop it from becoming a problem, where you can address quality control issues immediately and terminate if necessary, sooner rather than later.So you have 2 sides of the coin here as a contractor- Either large volume of work where not everything can be 100% supervised or small batches of work with a higher rate of supervision.
