I found myself attending in-person networking almost weekly prior to the pandemic, but we live in a different world, and the digital shift has made it harder.Currently looking for personal investment deals in the area, and also passionate about connecting other local investors with trusted service providers.

I have attended 3 BP boot camps.  

Make them attend 3-5 12 step meetings a week and have them provide documentation similar to the courts.5.

During this 30-day period, agents should be able to: set goals for themselves; set up their MLS; add their sphere/ALL of their friends, family, acquaintences to a database; begin calling/contacting everyone in their database; begin generating leads from other sources like cold calling, expireds, fsbos, social media, open houses, etc; begin tracking KPIs; create or refine online profiles; create and post social media content; attend role play sessions to work on lead generation/conversion skills & more. 

I might suggest attending one of the local meetups, to be able to talk to other investors that are at various points on their journey. 

This includes increasing your income through a better job, and attending local real estate investment groups where you will circulate with other like-minded individuals.  

So if you are looking to meet agents, wholesalers, maybe a couple lenders, or some investors that have done a few flips or own a couple SFRs, you will find many people there.This isn't to say they are bad, but in the several dozens I have attended, they have not been worth my time, professionally or personally.
