Just that she would need to consider that the cost for having someone else manage an AirBNB rental would be more expensive than a residential property.You also need to look into the short term rental tax requirements, any zoning problems, etc.Al Williamson is a BP Pro, and he does this in the Sacramento area, but I am pretty sure he manages himself.

Looks like Mr @Al Williamson is big on location when it comes to real estate :) Just do some research on the location it does matter.

@Al Williamson   I am probably not a representative of the target market.. however I would personally never use one of those for business travel unless  I had an extended stay.. so for me who does not have an expense account to charge too and has to pay 100% of my travel personally.Its like the move  UP in the AIR with Clooney.We are points junkies..I fly only the airlines that I get points on ..
