What I found to work for me....get the 500 pack of envelopes from Walmart $6.

Top chains like Starbucks, McDonalds, Walmart, etc. build in specific areas for very specific reasons. 

Walmart is testing a service where they will bring groceries directly inside your home even when you aren't home. http://money.cnn.com/2017/09/22/technology/future/...It might sound weird now..but I could see things like that almost being second nature in the future. 

Not only do they raise the rent on you year after year, they "require" you to purchase their $360/yr "Service" that gives you an $8 Walmart filter on a monthly basis that you don't need for your A/C.

We have so many malls, strip malls and all and believe me go to any neighborhood poor or rich, white or Hispanic, except for Walmart anchored exceptional ones, the mall and retail business is dying.

I had an idea to buy candy at Walmart and sell to my peers for cheaper than the cafeteria vending machines.

In a pinch you could just get a dark brown marker from Walmart and get good enough results.

We have Menards up here and they are basically the Walmart of hardware stores.
