In other words, they are trying to sell their coaching programs to you.  

I just met with someone who has 1000 units mostly in LA and a few in Vegas and Denver.

The company Response put on an earlier program using Scott Yancy from another HGTV Show "Flipping Las Vegas" as their spokesman. 

Im 24 with a BA in FinanceI actually have not gotten a job in my field but went into soccer coaching for which is something I'm passionate about, I would just rather do that as a hobby rather than a means to build wealth and depend on it for a living. 

I could tap the equity in my primary residence, roughly 350K as a nice down payment on a 1 mil apartment complex in Vegas.

We don't sell any programs or coaching, I always try to have 1 guest speaker to learn from, I will also start a segment for people to present deals they've worked on.

And some of those people will want to enroll you in a nice system, coaching, etc. program between $500 and $50,000  to teach you how to do it.  

We were thinking of moving to Vegas since Nevada does not have income tax or Arizona which has very low income tax.
