I despised seeing those window units leaking down the wall and dripping onto the pedestrians.I considered mini splits but everyone pays for heat in my area and I was also concerned that the heat pump would need to be supplemented anyway.

Maybe if its big enough and it supports it , manager can make deposits ( at bank or consider remote depositer) with you getting supplemental paperwork.

Maybe it can help you supplement an income, but you're most likely going to need either some kind of job or more money to put down if you want to live off the cash flow.

I find that if a significant portion of your marketing is geared online then twitter is a good supplement and can be great as some people have taken full blown advantage of it and that's where a lot of the hype comes from.On the other hand if you don't have sites and an internet presence to point people to, then it loses its effectiveness.So bottom line if you are formulating an online marketing campaign then it is certainly worth seeing if you can incorporate it into your strategy.

good place to invest is TExas as long as you live there.. you get the benefit of no income tax to supplement your sky high property tax's in Texas.. buy and hold can be challenge there if you are not a resident... prop taxs  shifting foundations.. etc etc..
