The big mall operators like Simon the stock right now is taking a beating some as investors look at current returns with vacancy issues and get nervous but long term as the conversions happen and  much higher rents roll in then performance will likely trend up much higher than it was before.

@Alex SImon , as I understand it, FHA loans require you to live in the property as your primary residence for one year.While you are not required to sleep in the home every single night for a year, I would expect their definition of primary residence is a little different than what you can do at this time.Do you have an end date for your current position?
