I love teaching but with coaching after school my days are 12-14 hours long.

Also, don't listen to people who continue old school book advice about putting 20% down on multiple properties for leverage. 

The apt is fully furnished so it has been pretty easy to keep students as tenants since it’s near the school.

This home is in a great neighborhood that is right next to a elementary school, park, The Cubs spring training facility, and a huge shopping center!

It's in a reputable school district and sits on a .5 acre which is a lot for the neighborhood.

This area Ocean ave/Wilkinson ave around the elementary school in Jersey City will keep going up due to new highrises and condos around it and 20mins proximity to NYC, could well be 850k in the next 3-5yrs.
