Here's my perspective:1. 100-unit and larger apartment complexes is more efficient than smaller apartments because 100-units or larger can afford a full time PM and full time maintenance personnel.

Call the personnel office and ask if are expecting any new employees moving in from out of town.

Midland/Odessa is known for lacking in personnel options and also is known for having an "old school" mentality.

This will also vary depending on whether people are using a firm with a full support system of administrative personnel and swanky offices vs a talented CPA working out of a home office.

If you have service personnel in/ around there at all you can mention “a staff member has reported the smell of marijuana”.Even before legalization here I approached these situations this way.
