Once you get one estimate, you can have an easier time ball parking for other deals.

The surrounding areas such as Belleville and Upper parts of Newark (upper Roseville, branchbrook park), Kearny are good options as well.

Hey Everyone,NJ investor here, looking to buy my first STR in the Orlando/ Winter Park Area in the next few months.

I'm wondering if there is a market or demand for wholesaling seller carryback deals for mobile home parks.

The mid to upper end suburbs like Overland Park, North KC, etc are ideal for MTR along with being in the prime parts of Kansas City.

Or, would my money be better spent someplace down south or by a National Park that would have year round traffic.My goal is to have a place where my family can spend a couple of weeks during the Summer, pad my retirement a bit, and have a place to leave my kids.Thank you in advance for your input.
