There are likely some slicker interfaces for online based management tools, but this one has the least expensive cost since its not cloud based and quickbooks ends up being more expensive per year by alot. check the quicken website as they usually have sales that get it at up to 50% off retail price close.

But overall it's been great,  has a good interface and isn't "clunky".  

Virtually anything they spend money on is going to be related to the website interface, so as long as they've got good web designers their costs should be relatively low (I think their only support is through e-mail, no phone support).

So we could change that code more frequently.I can program RFID interfaces easy enough... but I'm more concerned about the mounting/lock options given the already in place configuration.

Some CRM systems have an external facing interface where you can collect leads. 

You can break apart tasks for stuff like paying bills there to ensure you have something to work through and things aren't forgotten.The last piece is to get familiar with the utilities and their interfaces - at least around here - many have landlord type agreements and dashboards that let you see the status of everything.

Interface is a bit convoluted sometimes but not terrible. 

I guess the services that I want taken care off are collecting rents, landscaping, making sure trash and snow removal is taken care off, and someone to be interfacing with the tenants for minor issues like a clogged sink or burnt light bulb.
