It does take constant monitoring though.  

As for employment, I work for the WIPP site, so unless we as a nation have decided to no longer monitor the only long term nuclear waste storage facility in the world, I expect to keep my job.

I would rather own Rayonier, here in NE Florida for the diverse asset classes they have in addition to the real estate, but also the plasma screens they make for monitors and televisions.

You may even be able to bill this back to the tenants as the technology exists to monitor how much HW is going to each unit.Absolutely do not put a gas unit in the attic.

A real mess but the $2k is fair price I check with 3 companies  Buy a hand held GPS for $65 and walk the property to the markers on the title report.

@Maya Torres we filled a vacant unit last weekend using an electronic lock box (coupled with a ring security camera to monitor the property somewhat during the showing/ changing the code when people leave) to allow prospective tenants to see properties without an agent/manager present and 3D camera/matterport for virtual showings.
