Long story short the guy is a A1 class POS, scatterbrained drug head with a big-time criminal record and loves blaming his problems on anyone but his self and has a long history of similar events just like this according to his family lol not judging only speaking the truth .

I am less familiar with Schuylkill Haven and Tamaqua but I think they are good cash flow areas as well.Like with any rental, tenant screening is crucial in this area because opioids and other drugs have hit the area hard. 2019 has been my first year without an eviction so it has been a learning process.

Try to get rich and just send your kid to a government ( public) school then don’t be surprised when they start to do drugs listen talk and think like trash and turn out to be an entitled loser as an adult .

As someone who has both a former felon who spent 22 years in prison for drugs and other guys who have spent some time in jail for lesser things on my construction crew and who are all very hard workers, have families, and turned their lives around-they know they can't and won't go back to those things.
