@Ben Flaskrud I’m not saying it will work in every market, but spent 2 hours a couple months ago comparing these high prices accompanied with low interest rates, to lower priced homes with more traditional interest rates.

If this tenant is otherwise good, a bird in hand is worth two in the bush. 

He could also have a cat, bird, snake, dog, pig or even a small pony as an emotional support animal.

I am really interested in trying to kill two birds with one stone this semester by earning money and getting involved with real estate in any way possible so if you have any other suggestions please let me know!
