Re the B2B transaction - I've been dealing with residential deals for the last 10 years or so and realized this was a different animal for sure, hence the marketing strategy geared more towards investment companies fiduciaries - or any person/entity that is making decisions with OPM.

You’ll want to know if it is this a cash flow deal, a deal geared more towards growth, or a deal that has a healthy mix of both.

Gearing toward Arizona areas mainly Phoenix.

I took a four week hiatus before getting back into gear, going and buying tools again and getting started.

you may have some little nuances in a certain county.I did get a zip line approved on farm forest Timber zone on my 700 acre tree farm.. so I know some of this can happen. but its pretty tough.. do any major business that are not geared to ag or farm forest activities. 

@David WozCongrats on the successful protest, that’s certainly a big win.I’m gearing up for mine soon and have always benefited when coming in prepared and calm/collected.

At the moment my focus is geared towards being a boots on the ground guy looking for deals to wholesale.
