However, as must as we strive for a hotel like experience we are not a hotel and we make that clear in listing and our welcome letter. 

@Jonathan Klemm we are in the process of making A LOT of renovations.

We do some pretty conservative numbers (probably because we are new) so if the numbers work, we will pursue it.

The inventory in this area is very tight and there is never much between duplexes and massive multifamily complexes.

We will be adding a day light basement to their Studio House plan to capture views of the lake we are building on.

But it is time to scale back to give us more time to focus on our family and some other projects.So now we are in the process of selling 9 properties in Colorado and 7 properties in Ohio.

Even though no prepayment is possible, we are quoting a lot of 1, 2, or 3 year prepayments. 

We have had a few walk through and done property analysis on several properties, but are not really cognizant of what we are getting into.

We are wanting to branch out into some of the smaller towns surrounding Longview and would love to meet investors with experience in the smaller more rural areas.
