Perhaps higher-paid employees would like to buy rentals and rent primarily to other families in their company.I have a staff list with many work phone numbers and work e-mails for both companies, so I can cold call and e-mail individuals directly.

I just looked up the BAH for this zip and its $999 on the low end for an E-1 without dependents, although I'm not expecting a single E-1 would be our target group.

I have read the classic books of kiyosaki as well as the e-myth.

its much like the Nigeran Prince scams that have been going on for decades.. we still all get those e mails.. but some must fall for it.Its just these scams have invaded our real estate space.However if your an American Greed fan.. watch the episode on Remmington Financial  these guys were the king of pump and dump due diligence lenders..
