Not sure if it's the property manager or possibly the owners fault but how can you have a rental property listed and as soon as you walk thru the door...boom "Pet Urine".. disgusting.

After his fall, he urinated in his bed, the apartment smells like urine, my other tenants are complaining of the smell.  

Outside on the street and in the underground parking garage we have a huge crime problem, its a daily occurence to have to the police onsite to arrest someone, to have maintenance reapir/clean up vandalism, and to have homeless camping/urinating/defecating/in the corners.

I imagine walking into the house after a year with swelled wood where there water bowl was, scratches and urine stains. 

The pet is pretty obvious because of the urine stains / smells that I haven't been able to get out yet and the house has been a pet free zone.

Did he really say "ur" in written correspondence with you?

Needless to say it was absolutely disgusting and smelt like it was built from petrified cat urine. 

The few areas affected are slightly darker than the natural color.Can carpets be cleaned without reactivating urine?

When we entered the first unit it had a strong odor of dog urin and cigarette smoke.
