I would kill to see more SMF pop up in the Triangle.

Wanted to post here to warn investors about a builder in the Triad/Triangle area called Keystone Homes.  

In KY -  Louisville Lexington and Frankfort are locally called the "Golden Triangle of Kentucky".

Downtown Raleigh lies southeast of the Research Triangle Park ("RTP") which is the largest research park in the U.S. situated in between three Tier-1 universities.

I know that is a popular destination and its easy to commute to from the golden triangle.
