$5k+ doing work that you will have to throw out in the future.

They have a big trash bin outside and starting to throw away some things/ belongings.

But without seeking the advice of those more experienced than I, I risk walking away from a good deal I'm just not knowledgeable enough to make work.Trust me, I'm not going to throw my money away!

Banking on a ton more appreciation is like throwing your money in the slot machine. 

Quick question.....do you and your roommate plan to throw parties during the next 2 years?

Throwing this question out for my fellow BPers to get some feedback.  

I've heard about people having success with them, but personally, I always throw out any postcards that look like marketing spam.We've been trying to come up with unique ways to make them grab attention and I wanted to hear any thoughts the BP community might have.
