I have my credit where it needs to be have a down payment saved of around 17k and looking into Host financial to go through for my first deal I am wondering has anyone personally used it and how do you like the company and the process thank you and looking forward to the journey 

Based on your response Katee you clearly have not read through my comments in any detail or tried to understand my perspective or concerns.

Many people utilize LLCs for many different ventures because they do not want to go through the hassle of opening another LLC.

Getting a DSCR of 1 in some of the higher tax counties of Georgia is tight, but we've been able to get through them.

If anyone has gone through this experience, would really appreciate your help to determine exactly what licenses, permits and tax accounts are needed to be in compliance.Thanks so much! 

I like the simplicity I get from VRBO market maker and can use that to set my rates through Host Tools.
