Hi Meena,I am located in Austin TX and work with foreign nationals as well.

These include accidents (I recently had 2 units destroyed by fire), natural disasters (I have had two units each hit by 2 hurricanes), property management turn over (they sell or stop being as good, I have experienced both), or turn over of team (I am turning over at handyman and I suspect plumber), or just wear n tear of property (slab leak in poor location, sewer pipes rotted out (one unit this month), roof, foundation issue, etc.).  

Biggest caveat is you didn't mention the location.

Jetting and cutting usually works best on conjunction with removing the tree/trees causing the problem, which is not always possible depending on location.

Most are opting to buy a higher priced property in better locations and with a more experienced team.  

You could start by reaching out to any local corporations that do assisted living in your area and see what they are looking for (location, space specs, etc). 

My goal for the team would be to have one project under-way by EOY.The exit-strategy of each deal will be dependent on location, market data, and ROI comparisons to determine the best route forward for the team and our goals at the time.

Theres a 4 unit "Inn"  located in cape Canaveral right now im looking at but I honestly dont know where to start.
