What we spelled out in our Operating Agreement is this;1) Each property was bought at a 'multiple of rent' - meaning a duplex we bought for 150K and rents for $1500 a month is a multiple of '100 times rent'. 2) IF a partner wants out the value would be '100 time the current rent'.
