That's not someone you want working for you.Of course you can and should ask about commissions, but I'd much rather have a sharp agent at full price than a weak or discount broker who leaves a pile of money on the table.

Also - the most likely cause for a drop in real estate price (IMO) is a sharp increase in interest rates, meaning your monthly cash flow numbers/housing number is not likely to change dramatically with a decline in asset price.My 2 cents, start small... but get started!
