That is quite an impressive resume.

Luckily there cannot be darkness without the light, this pulled me back from the education realm and I resumed my normal life feeling as though I had failed, but the education remained.

What people might put together would be similar to a resume in a sense. 

I initially went to a community college in the Sacramento Area and transferred from there to UC Berkeley in the San Francisco area where I studied nuclear engineering.

If we have some kind of nuclear apocalypse, rental property might be worthless but there may be great opportunity in canned goods or bottled water.

Did you interview them and look at their resumes and such?

After having served an (exciting :) 6 years in the Navy on Nuclear Powered Submarines, graduating from college, and working as a business consultant, I'm now invested in a career in real estate.  

We always try to work something out before invoking the nuclear option.We stuck to our processes regarding this situation but it's never really easy especially when someone has been in your property for almost 4 years.Now we'll see how the move out and/or evection process unfolds....
