Hello, my partner and I are looking at sending out postcards to the 150 houses in the area we are targetting for non-MLS listed properties.

Also, did you use one of the standard postcards or did you create your own?

More than likely you're not the only person sending them a letter so what is going to make them call YOU instead of the other 98 people that sent them a letter or a post card? 

I'm currently in the process of sending out my second round of postcards to my list and wanted to get your feedback on my new postcard.

They have a lot of good yellow letters and postcards and you can upload your lists easily.

Hey everyone,I'm about to send out my first round of direct mail postcards to my target list, but I have one question before i go to the print/mail shop to give them my order.What does everyone put on the "b" side of their postcards?  

I finally got serious and mailed out about 250 post cards this week.

- Lead came in through a postcard mailing. 

I just sent out my first batch of postcards today and they should hit roughly the end of the week.

The only downside I see, is that you can't tailor your message to a "probate" lead vs. you run of the mill letter/postcard.
