(but probably to Austin because so many seem to live here)...with movie Stars and Swimming Pools.If you didn't own the mineral rights, the owner would probably (move to Beverly Hills) and you would go on ranching (or whatever it is you plan on doing for a living out there looking at one of those see-saw oil pumps going up and down all day and night (making the other guy rich).See this link for further explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

Very interesting take, I know in the area I’m in,its highly sought after for its own merits due to shopping centers, movie theater, brewery, grocery stores going up.. it’s a property that I see the neighborhood continuing to be a good one.. but the amount I can have in my pocket afterwards is super enticing and was thinking it can more than supplement my funds I’m already sitting in, just waiting for a deal to come up.. so yeah, I hadn’t put much thought into the taxation part of the sale, so thank you!!

This way if you have renters that only need 4 rooms you could rent that part of the house plus the living room and kitchen, and have a door locked that would access the other side that will not be rented.2/ Have amenities that short term renters are looking for;Jacuzzi on a terrasse,  basement with a movie room, PS4 Setup, Ping pong, maybe a sunken rectangle full of cushions in front of the TV.

For example, you can pin locations that would be desirable for tenants to live close to (good schools,grocery stores, shopping, movie theatre, etc.) and then set up searches within those areas.Let me know if you have any questions!
