Consistent, Persistent, Action!

On another forum where I participate one member used the tagline "Patience and persistence will resolve most problems." 

I was going to approach it with what are you willing to pay first to my most persistent tenant and go from there.  

Keep up the good work and be patient and persistent! 

My question persist on the following:Concrete steps/stairs are made up by a series of plywood boxes stacked in which you then pour cement into.While reviewing the work done I noticed that the contractor made plywood boxes but then covered them with a flat piece of wood then added cement on top.

Be persistent, they have the data somewhere.Just fyi, Yuma county posts their list directly to the Yuma County Treasurer site. 

There will always be competition (the foreclosures in my area receive an average of 50 pieces of mail within the first month of NOD), I differentiate myself through persistent follow up and a professional approach and building relationships with probate and trust attorneys for them to refer business to me in the future. 

Your persistence and patience is paying off.

Everything changes around us (from real estate markets, to people behavior...etc) and I noticed the people I look up to are the ones that adapt real quick.A close second (and third) in my book would be patience & persistence.
