The benefit to us is that we end up going to that town anyway for Sunday Mass and shopping since it's the largest town in our area.My advice to you as that you try and get other things done while you're there.

Now I give myself some credit for deducing 4 years ago that Charleston was under the radar and the mass's did not move in there because it was more west coast type pricing.. but for fix and flip and new construction its off the charts good.And in portlandia same exact house I built and sold last year ( 27 of them ) for 350 to 375k) I have another 23 I am building this year and the banks construction loan appraisals just came in at 430 to 450 each.. now is that me being a master investor builder or just right place right time..
