I think there's a pretty low bar for competency in the management business because it's not glamorous and can be a grind.

Anything you do remote will come at a cost of operational inefficiencies and a higher cost of doing business.

Since my RE financing investor does the incentive of paying for the property, I want to make sure that my business partner is getting a great ROI in profits, so I want to make sure that money is working for the first investor making a deal with me in the smoothest way possible! 

I've helped people with SBA loans to purchase real estate for a business, but for buying rental real estate, the DSCR loan is a much better option.
