They do a good job of regularly releasing episodes and they frequently talk about starting out with their initial capital pool and growing their business. 

Owning real estate can be a full time job at times.

If that's the case, check out some of the economic data about what cities have strong job and population growth.

I have seen and heard many times over the years, "yea the Bank just wants to foreclose so they can reinvest that money in a higher interest loan" that is BS.Let me ask you this, if you worked for a Servicer and you went to your boss and told them, "hey Boss I am going to foreclose on a bunch of preforming loans", how long do you this you would keep your job?

Ask for owner financing or wholesale anything you find.I just don't recommend arbitrage to create a job for yourself.

Sounds like you did a great job with the rehab and adding the extra bedrooms really paid off!

If you really have gone from 3 to 200 properties this past year while having a two W2 jobs, you seem to have found your niche and doing well, good for you. 

If you don't, you should get to it and be there now, that's your job as  landlord.

It is unlikely that one person will be able to do a good job in every aspect.
