May I know if I can evict a tenant without using an attorney in Jersey City if my property is held under an LLC?

I guess the scale is red, yellow and green for housing here in jersey.

Looking to learn from/hang real estate salesperson license with a broker who specializes in short sales in the south jersey and or south east PA region.

Note that the unit in question is in Jersey City, NJ, but I don't think this is a location specific issue.I went to the bank that's been handling my security accounts.
