The UTC/downtown area has been steadily growing for a while now, and it's one of the hottest spots in Chattanooga.

The Boise area (Treasure Valley) isn't the hottest for cash flow these days but a great appreciation market now.

So MTRs could be in the future for Asheville as a viable option, right now it is not the hottest move.LTRs are going to be hot in any location that has student or military.

@Ryan Currie - skepticism is smart, but there is also a reason that Tacoma is the hottest real estate market in the country right now. 

I have the course bought it listened to it, had what I thought would be a great deal, then come to find out they dont lend in AZ, one of the hottest markets there is, in more ways than one,  and I just lost the deal.
