This retirement plan is designed for those who are self-employed or own a small business without full time employees (besides the owner(s) and his/her spouse). 

Both of these areas will be difficult to harness cheap deals, but there are pockets of reasonable  and creative deals. 

  - a virtual assistant - assistant employees.- or is it more common to team with an agent who prefers to be on the back end of things, on more on computer..and make an agreement, and share accordingly.thx for any insights,

If you are self-employed with no full time employees your business can sponsor a Solo 401(k), which has higher contributions tools and a few other 401(k) associated plan level advantages in addition to being a very flexible investing tool. 

I just bought a property and it’s about half a mile from a giant development of huge corporate buildings, restaurants, apartments etc. has anyone dealt with leasing to a company for their traveling employees, or selling to one?
