My agent joked that I could slip a note under the door, but I don't want to worry about harassment charges or anything.

I was told by CHBO they did this because of the sales calls from exotic vacation holiday harassing their clients.

Additionally, just because you are a residential landlord, doesn't mean you actually know anything about the business.If you keep harassing me it's going to become a problem for you.

However; I called again this morning to Harass BOA to demand removal :) It should take between 5-7 business days to receive a response via mail about the decision.  

As for the feeling like you are being harassed,  by avoiding them you are making yourself a target and building a reputation of being someone who is noncompliant.  

Everyone on my floor has moved out because living in this apartment has been really a hardship - floods, mold, landlord harassment etc.I am not sure why my LL has offered me a buyout of my rent stabilized lease, but he has - this was before everyone on my floor moved out.

No issue at all with the rest of the stuff.....I'll remind folks too, HUD is broken up in districts, local customs in court apply, legal opinions may vary, but the obvious is don't push your luck harassing tenants or applicants about any disability,  they likely  know more than you do about their circumstances. :) 

Now I have to proceed with eviction.Still after terminating my agreement with McNutt, he continued to harass one of my other tenants asking to inspect the property because he supposedly had a buyer.  

We had an adversarial tenant who threatened to sue me for harassment, unsafe housing and endangering his family with code violations.

We have an investment property in my wife’s name (our first house) and more so recently than ever she has been getting harassed by Homevestors.
